Save India from Unconstitutional, Non-Secular, Land Mafia Law

You heard it right. We will explain how.

Waqf can claim any land/Property in India!

Section 3 of the Waqf Act, 1995 states that if the Waqf “thinks” that the land belongs to a Muslim (whether it actually does or not), then it is the property of the Waqf.

It should be noted here that just “thinking of Waqf Board” is enough, Waqf Board does not need any proof for this (i.e. no recording, verbal, or oral, or written). What kind of shit is this? Which country have a law where a non-government body can take away your land on name of religion?

Section 40 of the Waqf Act states that when the Waqf Board lays a claim on the land of a person, it is not the responsibility of the Waqf Board to prove the claim on the land, but the real owner of the land has to prove the ownership of his land.

This law is applicable to any property in the country, whether Privately owned, a river, a mountain or even Government owned property.

So what does WAQF does with this? In the year 2009, the properties of the Waqf Board were spread over four lakh acres of land. And by 2022, it has doubled to over more than eight lakh acres of land. India’s border and the perimeter remains the same, but the virus of WAQF Board Land Mafia has spread its tentatcles and doubled to every part of the country. (Source)

Fun Fact (Sarcastically): WAQF Board (A religious body of a so called “Minority comunity”) is Largest property owner after Defense and Railways. Its not a Hindu Body (which is 79% of population), its a Minority Religious Body owns the more land in India than the Country of Denmark itself.

It is strange to hear that such an act exists in a secular country, whereas there is no such act in any Muslim country. Muslim countries like Turkey, Libya, Egypt, Sudan, Lebanon, Syria, Jordan and Iraq have neither a Waqf Board nor a Waqf Law. 

Do you have such barbaric law in US/Europian or even in any african country? Obviously not, so I request you to support the current momentum of change in my Country, which is fixing historical wrongs and policies.

With the WAQF Amendment Act, the Current Government is fixing a minority appeasement law of 1995 UPA Government, who created this to get votes from minorities and stay in power for as long as possible.
